Where is Toberua
Toberua Private Island is located in the Lomaiviti Group, east of Viti Levu, the largest of the Fiji Islands.
A 10 minute vehicle transfer from Nausori Airport to Nakelo Landing, followed by a 30 minute scenic boat ride along the Navaloa River to the Bau Waters will have you arriving at your island home for your unforgettable island experience.
Fiji’s International airport in Nadi is a stop off point for many airlines travelling the South Pacific including Air Pacific, Fiji’s national airline. Air Pacific flies regularly from Los Angeles, Honolulu, Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Auckland, Christchurch and Hong Kong (from December 2009).
On arrival at Nadi we have two suggestions for easy connections with your international flight.
- Fly from Nadi to Nausori Airport which is a 25 minute flight in a 44 seater ATR aircraft – Pacific Sun. 8 flights per day which can be booked with your Air Pacific international flight.
- Drive from Nadi which would take approximately 4hrs from Nadi Airport to Suva City.
All vehicle and boat transfers from Nausori airport or Suva City are arranged by Toberua Island Resort to fit with our guest arrival and departure schedules. These transfers operate 24 hours per day.
